• PAYMENT: Pay With PayPal. If you contact us by email, we can invoice you through PayPal. All orders from outside the USA must be paid for by PayPal or with an international money order in US dollars (available from a bank in your country). PayPal is an easy way to pay using either your bank account or a credit or debit card. We can also accept Visa or Mastercard orders which we process through our secure Square account.
  • ORDER BY EMAIL: Send an email stating what you'd like to order, your name, email, and postal address and the total cost of your order including instrument price, applicable tax and shipping costs. We will invoice you through PayPal. We will process your order after payment is received. NEW! Alternatively, you may order through our Etsy shop (KanteleShop). The Etsy site allows you to choose options for customization and has lots of photos.

  • SHIPPING: Instruments are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Most orders are filled within three or four weeks, but it could be longer - we will let you know if that is the case.
